ICAP - Martin Parr

The Insight Community Art Project (ICAP) ended with a fantastic "speeches and wine" evening held in the meeting rooms in 33 Old Broad Street, London (our offices). The CEO stood up and spoke and then the artists, Thomas and Angel Zatorski spoke about the 4 sessions they led and how we all did.

They then said that thay had a special prize for someone who was "dripping with creativity, dark, moody, like Carvaggio" etc.... and this person was ME! Unbelievable... I was more surprised than anyone else and the prize I won was a lovely set of postcards / photos taken by Martin Parr. I never knew who Marin Parr was until the day.

Hey Martin.... if you ever read this one day, let me know if you ever get the chance to come into the City and I will gladly buy you a coffee... I think your photos are great and would love to ask you some questions about them:
